Now here’s an impressive hop flavor that jumps at you right from the start. Its only 65 ibu. Tastes more like an 90 or 95 to the experience tasters here. Bottle says its a Northwest take on the classic English style. Much more bitter than classic English.

You know, after tasting this brew again, we realized something. The impressive bitter is not all that bitter but a stacked bitter, if you will. My initial taste was moderately bitter but seemed to strengthen as the taste goes, the bitter lasts on. So, by your next , when you start the bitter flavor cycle again, it seems to be more bitter than before. Like the tide this bitter flavor cycle goes in and out, it can be wonderful.
