The frozen glass, the experts here say anyway, neutralize the weakly fragrant hop that would otherwise be evident in a warm, room temperature pint glass. The mild hop comes on as quick as a sneeze and leaves the palette, in anticipation. Wanting, if you will, and I wait for the bursting flavor adventure to smack me in the mouth and the fuse is lit and crackling, as I wait. Its a longer growing fuse, on a mild hop flavor I wait. Just as the nose was, the flavor continues as a sparkler on the fourth, when it hits me…Perpetual IPA. Incidentally, that was coincident in time for another sip. These guys are genius but be careful, easy drinking heavy hitter, at 7.5%abv.
