I have tried this brew a few times during this past week and I’ve been meaning to write about it in a post for days. The bottle tells an excerpt of this brew’s story and describes the use of the first fresh hops of the growing season to produce this deliciously flavorful libation since 1981. Thirty-one years later Sierra Nevada gives us something to celebrate in a classic style that is all their own. A next to nothing mild and crisp hop on the nose in both the warm and frozen pint glass. But, you really have to pay attention or you may not get any at all. All in all, an excellent house selection this season for any party or pub.
