75* IPA, Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, Milton, DE
This is one of those delicious bottle conditioned ales that I wish I could acquire a sixtel. The bottle reads that it’s brewed with maple syrup but it is not too sweet. Not sweet at all really, just delicious. Although the 60* and 90* are still two favorites, this has a special place in my cabinet all to itself, yummy.

Having one of these with a couple of the experts here and it is honey good. We recently attended the Passion Vines tasting event and its nice to get back to an old favorite, sweet tho, odd.
