Hoppy Lovin’ Christmas Mikkeller, Mikkeller at De Proef Brouwerij, Lochristi-Hijfte, Belgium

I usually stick to America’s ever expanding selection of finely crafted brews. However, being this is from Belgium and is brewed with ginger and pine, I thought I’d better give it a shot. I’m so glad I did. 7.8% abv with a delicately mild sweetness that leaves you wanting more. The label is a bit odd, to me it looks like bull-fighters feeding reindeer. Merry Christmas in March from Belgium.
