Yakima Glory, Victory Brewing Company, Downingtown, PA
Victory calls this a “Dark IPA that uses four hops from the Yakima Valley.” I say it’s a black IPA that is well-balanced and boasts a robust flavor. It is definitely a winter brew. It has a piney citrusy flavor and has an ABV of 8.7%. The one thing I will note is the ABV is not as pronounced as I would expect so a few of these can creep up on you.
