Bonefish has a pretty decent drink specials menu right now. Both Wolftrap blends are South African wines I was originally introduced to via our wine club. The white blend is Viognier & Chenin Blanc, which is a little sweet, but went well with the crab cakes & ceviche appetizers. The red blend is Syrah 65% | Mourvedre 32% | Viognier 3% and has a rich dark fruit palate with a white peppery finish, which paired well with my salmon & asparagus salad. Delicious!
