Czech Monk, Belgian Style Ale, Dominion Brewing Co., Dover, DE

This brew must be poured into the appropriate glass, preferably a beer glass with a bowl or a large bowled wine glass and must be served at about 40-55 degrees.

On the nose it smells like a typically delicious belgian ale with a yeasty aroma. I tasted a mildly pepper flavor followed by a lemon/lemon rind. It’s a tasty session ale at 5.2%. Another wonderful creation by our friends at Old Dominion Brewing!
