We visited the newly opened AC Bottle Co yesterday evening 7/19/13 and got a growler fill and a bottle of Almathea Winery’s Elara as well as Uinta’s Detour Double IPA. Tonight we learned the vision that embodies the Atlantic City Bottle Company includes one of locally sourced brews of all varieties. When the Iron Room opens, their keenly paired kitchen, all bets are off. This is a place you want to book for your very own Saturday night. From what I saw yesterday, they’ve got the dream to match.
