On the one hand, I’m glad to hear Heineken is finally recognizing the lack of taste, etc. in light beers however, on the other, I sure hope consumers are knowledgeable enough about beer to know that by just adding a certain type of hop doesn’t make a beer “craft”. I also certainly hope that Heineken doesn’t think this gives them leverage to charge more for their beer.
I agree. But at the same time, I know that at some point I’ll end up trying one because it will be available. Now I’m not saying I’ve tried the Limerita thing from the other macro, or would for that matter. I’m just saying at some point, accessibility and curiosity will align and I’ll probably end up trying this eventually. At which point, I’ll have to report…I’ll just reply to this post and not index another installment for the new Heiney Light here on BrewBloggers.net

Oh I think u hit the nail on the head Twice…. They will try and cash in on being “craft” and charge more… I have no doubt.
