Octoberfest, Old Dominion Brewing Company, Dover, DE
This creamy malt goodness is a great example of this Oktoberfest or Maerzen style of brew. No hop, citrus or bitter and not sweet either, it’s a malty specialty brew with a nice mouth feel. I like it as much as I like this style of brew. When you want a break from IPA & Porter this season, the (2013) Octoberfest! from Old Dominion is a fine seasonal brew.
