The Great Pumpkin Imperial Pumpkin Ale, Elysian Brewing Company, Seattle, WA
Ooo I like this Imperial Pumpkin, the name says it all, “The Great Pumpkin” is just how this tastes. Its an effervescent pumpkin spice that fizzes on the tongue and ends in spice. I am not a huge pumpkin beer fan but if you enjoy this first, you won’t be disappointed…unless you don’t like pumpkin spice at all, then in that case, you’d want to steer clear of this one. DaBoneMan, you’ll love this one, pick it up if you can. Another fine brew from Elysian puts them squarely on the brewery tour route map, we’ll visit one day soon I hope.
