Oak Jacked Imperial Pumpkin, Uinta Brewing Company, Salt Lake City, UT

A nice pumpkin spice aged in oak barrels coming in at 10.31%abv. Its unusual, an oak pumpkin that honestly, I thought I would hate but, this is not so. As the frozen glass warms, the pumpkin gives way to a more oaky flavor, dynamically unusual.
