There are so many writers and brewers here in this little intimate group today, I feel like a beer groupie :). Yeah, I am, I know. New soon to be NJ brewery Rinm Duin, out of Toms River, rin dewin’ how ya doing? Chef Kevin now takes the stage and describes the three courses…pics soon to follow… Yummy. Jersey Bites representatives from their Facebook page of the same name is also here, I suggest everyone check out their page and like them. facebook.com/JerseyBites

Rinm Duin – will have R&D Friday where they’ll have beers they haven’t had yet… In retaliation of the early pumpkin brews in July, they will release their summer beers as anti-Pumpkin where, they will release their summer beers with pumpkin characters in flip flops etc.

We couldn’t do the squab dish that was on the menu for the third course and when we mentioned our aversion, Chef Kevin took the challenge to heart and killed it with two flavors of branzino (fish) and just killed the pairing with Ommegang’s Game Of Thrones Black IPA. Oh my, fantabulous, thank you Kevin, I don’t know about the squab but the bronzino is delicious just sublimely delicious, thank you, thank you!
