FDA To Further Regulate Brewer’s Spent Grains

Usually change comes with some outcry. In this case, I would like to see what these potential changes would cost the brewers and how much it would effect the bottom-line price. Is this the beginning of results being returned from macro lobbyists? I wonder if there will be more to follow?
