Valenzano Bine & Vine Chardonnay Grape Wine Infused With Citra Hops, Valenzano Winery LLC, Shamong, NJ

Very interesting! The description on the bottle indicates this is their classic chardonnay infused with citra hops. The wine is a very pale straw color and a little cloudy. The nose has hints of pineapple and mango, but I smell more grass than anything else. The taste is the same for me. It has a very grassy minerality, similar to a Viognier, with hints of fruit on the finish. A very unique endeavor, sure to please wine and beer lovers. Thanks for being on the cutting edge Valenzano! Love the label. I’m left wondering about the chardonnay vintage, the source of the hops and for how long it’s infused.
