Well there’s not much on the nose.. This brew pours into a very very dark color. For being a black rye kilsch style, it reminds me of the days when I enjoyed the original Guinness Stout. I would be remiss in not metioning the brewmasters Rick Blankemier and Robert Chandler and congratulating them on the first stone spotlight series.
But you’re reading this to know about the brew and what it taste like right? Well thinking of Dr Frankenstein and Igor. This creation has harkined back to days of lightning and machinery. : )
Enjoyable but yet not over powering at 5.4 abv. My biggest comment, is this brew is well balanced …..Prost!
