Sculpin IPA, Ballast Point Brewing Co. San Diego CA
Where do I start with this one? Ok. FANTASTIC IPA! That’s a good start but not enough. Nose gives me blossoms and citrus and OMG.. this now knocks the doors off the other IPAs I have had. I know u don’t believe it… : ) Just Delicious. The taste is just a cornucopia of hops and malt. Not sweet ..a joy! With a little luck this is my next sixtel.

Yes, I love Ballast Point’s Sculpin. You pay a premium for this one but, once in a while its a pleasure to enjoy. I wonder if they have their recipe posted, may be able to brew a replica sixtel of this fantastic.
