The big brother to Hoppy Boy, Hoppy Knight pours with a generous head. Don’t pour too quickly! A black ale indeed, it’s almost opaque. Hops on the nose deliver a unique hop flavor with a hint of an herbal finish I can’t put my finger on. Bravo again Twisted Pine!
