The six pack holder says “A modern take on a Belgian classic”. Agreed! This is not your typical saison and is reinvented in true Stone fashion. They have brewed with herbs and lemon from their Southern California farm, a farm to brew technique, giving this saison a whole other herbal, hop and spice essence, which I personally love. The taste is reminiscent of a status quo saison, but then all the other elements hit you and leave a flavor begging for more. It seems we’re very lucky to have this, as most liquors stores nearby are already out it. Cheers and bravo yet again Stone.
