Butternut Squash Risotto Paired With Unita Punk’n, Harvest Pumkin Ale, Unita Brewing Company, Salt Lake City, UT
First I must say, seasonal risotto is amazing. Made my first risotto tonight with butternut squash. Yum. I paired it with this seasonal brew and it was even more delicious. It’s more a spice seasonal, but still very good.

Tried a recipe out by Rachael Ray except I used an actual butternut squash rather than the frozen packet. It was hard to cut and peel, but we got it done. Substituted the white wine in the recipe with Breckenridge Brewery Celebration Ale and paired it up as well. Yum!
