Hop Tears IPA, Fourth Dimension Brewing Company, Bensalem, PA

A gift from a colleague home brewer, AKA the Two-Man Brewing team, this exceptional IPA was given to us at our biennial local conference. I poured it into a warm Spiegealu glass and immediately noticed the warm amber color and vigorous carbonation stream from the bottom of the glass. It poured with about a 3 inch head as well. It has a very hoppy nose and a smooth taste with an herbal and slight cinnamon finish. Delicious all around and at 6.1% ABV and 89 IBU, leaves me wishing we had another one to enjoy. Thanks Two-Man!
