1916 Shore Shiver IPA, Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing, Cherry Hill, NJ

ss

I had the opportunity to taste this beer and others I will list at a tap takeover event at a local restaurant. I must start by saying, I am a big fan of “west coast” style IPAs and this one comes really close. Some people will label it an “east coast” IPA and to this I disagree. The citrusy bitter hop forward and well balance of hop to malt does it for me. I enjoyed this brew immensely. A visit to FBB is in my near future. More hops would be my critique. If not, a possible rumor of a DIPA?
