What The Butler Saw Witbier, Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing, Cherry Hill, NJ

This brew hits on the flavor profile I expected. A clean floral nose is the first note. This is followed by a taste of coriander and spice with a little citrus thrown in. If you are a Belgian White wheat beer fan then this brew is for you. I would like to try this brew with some food pairings.
