Stone Stochasticity Project, Hibiscusicity, Belgian style ale brewed with hibiscus flower and orange peel

And now for the second gem in this series we have enjoyed…the pink color stands out as the first impression and prominent feature. To us, it’s reminiscent of the Dogfish Head Sixty One in color and general flavor. The Stone brew is however, very floral on the nose and has hints of flower in the taste with the predominant flavor of orange zest. I am thoroughly enjoying this brew as I love the Sixty One. This to me is the West Coast Sixty One. I should also note that the Belgian style adds a cloudiness to the brew. Loving this Stone series very much and cannot wait for the next one.
