Cuvee Rogue, Heritage Vineyards, Mullica Hill, NJ
As the local wine selections continue to appear on the Iron Room’s eclectic list, I continue to be amazed at the quality and delicious wines our home state has to offer. This blend is not yet on the glass list there, but I was offered a tasting tonight, and enjoyed it thoroughly. The bordeaux style was evident and the smooth finish was divine. Paired with the Flat Iron burger, the wine’s black pepper spice becomes noticeable on the palette. Another wonderful experience provided by our friends at The Iron Room. Cheers!
