Seef Beer, Antwerpse Brouw Compagnie, Antwerp, Belgium

An extremely high quality, historically brewed Belgian Pale Ale, which pours light gold with a generous white foamy head and much effervescence. The aroma has fruity and spice notes of banana and pepper. It’s smooth, balanced, and refreshing with the nose translating into more delicious flavors ranging from the fruit to the spice to rounding out with an earthy, crisp finish. As noted by one of our fellow tasters here, and I’m paraphrasing, ‘If I were stuck with only this beer to drink all the time, I’d be happy’.

Thank you to our friends at Atlantic City Bottle Company for carrying such a diverse inventory and introducing us to this stellar Belgian.
