The good folks at Samuel Adams continue to give the people what they want with this one. It seems to me, the craft beer market is flooded with IPAs and Imperial IPAs. In no way does that mean that we’ve had our fill or, otherwise quenched our thirst for this bold flavorful brew. 85ibu, 8.4%abv @$12.99/6pk I’m pleasantly surprised. Also, there is an enjoy-by date listed on the bottle label, so you know you’re sure to get something nothing short of tasty. I just took another taste and was hoping to come up with some new or poetic description for you, but really “tasty” is the best I think I’m going to do here and now. Please help me out if you agree with me regarding the tastiness of this beverage. Leave a comment with your description or, send up another post for Rebel Rouser.
Looks like I put down the wrong price. Bonus! This deliciousness is only $8.99/6pk and not $12.99/6pk.
I cannot say enough good things about this brew. What do you think, have you tried it yet?
I bought a six based on your suggestion and it looks like I overpaid at $9.99 but the convenience of my local store is hard to deny. I think it was a solid tasting piney IPA and at 8% I am liking it. I was caught off guard by your picture as it makes it look like it has a pinkish hue. So I was a bit curious about that.
I didn’t notice it looked pink, apologies for any inconvenience. I got this again at a store in Margate, NJ and it was $10.69. So, it varies a little bit from store-to-store, but thankfully its not $12.99 like I first posted…But, even at $12.99, if its fresh, I think its worth the money. Good stuff!
Having this again tonight, what a delicious brew!
