Hello and welcome to a cornucopia of hops that won’t stop. Apollo, Newport, Simcoe, Topaz and Citra all in one brew? Are u kidding me? First off let me say I am a self-proclaimed “hophead”. So I may be partial, while at the same time, enjoying the delightful bitterness this brew smacks u with. Pouring to a deep golden hue, the head on this brew cannot wait to get out of the can. Cracking and boom…head and hops! The nose is a load of citrus and hop. When I say this brew is a palate wrecker, I mean that in a good way. Why would u want something else? Kudos to NCBC for nailing it. The Hype is worth the Hop!
