Well, Stone is at it again. Always pushing the IPA envelope. This selection starts with an argument of how to pronounce it, but the real fun is after the pour. A ruby red amber is noticeable. The nose is hop with a subtle malt. Taste is bitter and almost dry with citrus throughout. I could see this paired with some great BBQ. The dry hopping puts it right where I like an IPA. Another winner in my book!
I’m surprised to hear the aroma from the dry hopping left any residual malt sweetness. I look forward to tasting this one.
