Biere de Provence Saison, Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, Milton, DE

They had me at lavender! Wow, a delicious saison with the usual Dogfish twist. Oh who am I kidding, they had me at Provence too. If you like saison and Dogfish head, you’ll love this one. The lavender, marjoram and bay leaves add something extra special. Pairs well with peppery caprese salad.
