I must admit I do not know the brewery’s story or history here in Virginia, but they really nailed this IPA. Think a Stone on the nose and first taste. Now I am not saying they copied anything! Hell, this is the east coast. What I am saying is I think they have rivaled the “west coast” IPA here. Plenty of bite and plenty of hints of citrus, pine and very little malt. Some people find Stone brews shocking. I found this brew shockingly excellent.
