Sam Adams is the beer that started my passion for craft beer with their Honey Porter and Cherry Wheat. Dogfish head certainly continued that love with Burton Baton and their IPA’s. I have to say a merger like this is huge as the two companies have stayed true to the roots of making great beer. Sad to see Dogfish Head go this route a little but if they stay in Delaware I will be happy.
I am looking forward to see how they merge. Will there be a DFH line from Boston Beer or will it simply remain the same as its been? Congratulations to these two though!
