I can normally find Victory beers in my area but a recent trip to Lewes, DE led me to this small batch series brew. Being my 8 year old daughter is a wolf lover, this DDH sparked my interest. I was looking for something special to bring home from my trip and this did the trick. After working all day in the garage, hanging shelves and a new workbench countertop I am thankful I have something to enjoy. Light and slightly malty with a punch of hopiness at the finish. Malts are Pilsen and Carhell and hops are Strata, Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic at 9.6% abv. Very nice two thumbs up. 👍👍
Another interesting visit we had was to Brimming Horn meadery in Milton, DE which was something we never tried before and turned out to be a fun stop on our trip. We also made another stop to another quite infamous place to craft beer, which was a long time coming and was so enjoyable, but no tours had me bummed. Hint hint DF 😮
Sweet! I look forward to reading more about the mead and other exotic flavors you encountered on this trip 🍻
