Brother Theolonius Ale, North Coast Brewing Company, Fort Bragg, California
Here is a great find provided to us by the great people at ACBC. This brew is part of North Coast’s American Artisan Series supporting jazz education. Coolness!! Now the beer… this brew starts off with a malty caramel nose with a hint of cherry. A dark rich color and tiny head on pour. I am expecting sweet…umm nope not sweet …nice. a couple of my fellow bloggers say..”good and dangerous!” And ” can taste cherry” overall enjoyable even at the high abv. Which is 9.4 BTW… : ) Another hard to find brew available at the Atlantic City Bottle Company!!!
