Cannot wait to taste this again tonight at Big Philly Beerfest and I hope Dave Hartman is manning the booth
We had this for dessert tonight and I just had to post what a real treat this brew is to me. It has a nice label that explains this series in more detail. Here, Art & the art of Brewing collide in fine fashion and we the consumers reap the rewards of the Culmination. The Culmination of over forty years of experienced artistry that leaves you longing for more to taste and see. At first pour one blogger exclaimed, “totally opaque”, as they held the glass to the light, “there is not a shred of light getting through”. Up front non-overpowering notes of dark chocolate are truly sublime and make me hope to one day meet Dave Hartmann (Brew Master).
