No 6 Saarrmaa Island Ale, Zymaster Series, Anchor Brewing, San Francisco, CA

The bottle tag on this one talks of a new beer that leverages clove and allspice, against a native yeast that makes this indigenous flavor, as identifiable as when someone refers to the flavor of a Belgian ale. A pleasant effervescent lovely with hints of banana, I like it for a new flavor of spring/summertime. Happy solstice to all, see you next time on Saaremaa Island.
