An excerpt from the back label, “…an AMERICAN Pale Ale. That means it’s balanced with hops, not buried in them. Here’s to Independence!”. Steady moderate hop that bubbles the tail end, way after the glass leaves the lips, leaving a nice texture. At 6.5abv, it could be a session IPA. Hop lovers you’ll find this to be ok. Those of you that don’t care for the bitter taste may find this tolerable
